Hi all,

Any ideas of how I can promote this place?

- I have already announced the opening at the other message boards where I post,

and tried to add our site to the DF webring (still waiting for Steve's approval).

Now, what else can I do to make sure that we have a steady flow of new members?

Perhaps you could design a flyer that announces the site and describes its purpose and content. Members could print it and distribute it at conventions. For someone like myself printing a reasonable number of copies would cost me very little and I would be glad to do it. I'm planning on going to GenCon. if you design a flyer, I will make copies and pass them out at sessions that I attend.

I'll design such a flyer as soon as I find the time!

Maybe I can ask Orcus and Company if they let me use the artwork to the original *Wayfarer's Inn* entry...

If you designed a link-banner, I would have no problem putting it up on my site... I already plan to put the link itself there, a banner just looks prettier.

I believe you should say that your site doesn't treat only old editions D&D but 3.5 and other games as WoD, White Wolf and other settings as Ravenloft, FR, Greyhawk etc.

My point is that you should say what someone can find here (and there are pretty cool things to find out!)

I have installed a basic footer hosting my favourite RPG links.

Basically, I'll include everyone who hosts a link for this site in the footer.

So, please, link to *The Wayfarer's Inn" to make the site become among geeks and grognards alike...
