Go here: http://b.webring.com/t/Mystara Follow the instructions. I don't think it should be too complicated. I managed to add my site years ago. The guy who runs the webring is a groovy guy named Marco Dalmonte aka DM. You may know him from the WotC Mystara board.

I am not sure: Does that site demand that I actually PAY for membership there? - I read something alike in the small print there, and want to make sure that I am not falling into any traps.

My Blackmoor site is part of the Webring and I never paid a Eurocent for it. Not that we use Euros here or anything...
