Anyone already got Badabaskor?

...'Cause my retailer is still waiting for it...

R
Plaag

Yep..liked it as well.

ShaneG.
Philotomy Jurament

Yep. I ordered mine straight from Goodman.
The Shaman

I had it in my hands this weekend at my FLGS - looks great.
Rafael

I really can't wait for this! I usually plan my campaigns for the year during spring or summer; if this one arrives too late,
I'll have to postpone running the game until next year...

Well there is the PDF to get you started.

Should my retailer not have it in a month or so, I will considering buying the pdf instead, but I prefer printed books to digital format - because in the end, I print and bind it anyway if I want to use it for play...

But what about you hosting a PbP session of Badasbaskor at our PbP boards if you find the time? *Sorry for the blunt question.*

PbP? Interesting I haven't thought of that. I will let you know in a day or two.

Would there being any interest in a game using fantasy grounds? I can support up to four players (The number of licenses I bought)

That would be sooo coooooool!

No idea how FG works, but I can try. From my own experience, rules-light PbP gaming is a very good way to go, but then again, I never tried to DM a dungeon-crawl that way.

If we're going Badabaskor, I certainly don't want to miss that!

It replicates the tabletop experience over the internet by providing chat, dice rolling, map, text display, and fog of war. With a voice network like Skype added in it pretty darn close to tabletop. The major problem of course is getting everyone at time when people can play.

But I am going to read up on play by post and see what involved in that.

One question those? Is there some dice rolling BBCode with this forum? In one forum you could go [DICE]1d20[/DICE] and it will roll for you.

Where where I read about that.

Wow, very interesting! Now, I have no idea how to install that data set here, but I can ask. :smt001

As to using FG, sounds great, though I fear it will be difficult to handle, since I at least live in a different time zone...
robertsconley

what is your time-zone Rafael?
Rafael

I live in Würzburg, in Germany, which is GMT+1 (Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Stockholm, Vienna). :smt001

Basically, six to nine hours before you all, I guess.
Shinydemon

I just got my copy. Good stuff! I plan to use it after The Temple of Elemental Evil in my current game near CSIO. I'm looking forward to it.

Why does my darn retailer don't have it already!!! For the Germans/Europeans here, I am talking about Dragonworl, usually the best source for import rpgs... Gotta drop them a mail this weekend!
robertsconley

Does this help?

Those fellas at Dragonworld have seen me spending money at their store!

Thanks for the link, Rob! Will order ASAP!
Rafael

Still waiting for my copy...

Second week of May says Amazon...

However, will gather people to run it as soon as I have read it!
Rafael

Wooohooo! After such a long time of waiting my copy arrived this morning!

What a kick-*** adventure! Congratulations and a big Thank You to you, Rob! This is by far one of the finest adventures I own for d20!

Order to the others: Get it while it's there!
Plaag

Yep, good start to the d20 Judges Guild products this year.

I appreciate the compliments.

Citadel of Fire is up next

Rob Conley
Sir Clarence

Finally got it today. It's wonderful... reading through it and seeing how much you paid attention to all those details that made the charm of the original literally brought tears to my eyes.

You've obviously understood everything, Rob.

Now I can't wait to get Citadel of Fire and everything else that has been announced, knowing that the standard wil be first class.

Thanks,

Clarence
